If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with purchasing our Services.

Valiant Career provides professional development services such as, but not limited to, Career Transition and Career Clarity. These services aim to assist you in finding your next career opportunity or gaining clarity on your career direction. While we strive to deliver exceptional outcomes, we do not guarantee job placement, career promotions, or specific results due to the nature of the job market and factors beyond our control.
3. Payment Terms
Fees: All fees for Services are outlined on our website or in a separate agreement provided to you at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds: All payments for Services are final. We do not offer refunds, as each service is highly personalized and customized to your needs.
4. Client Responsibilities
Active Participation: Success depends on your active engagement and commitment. The outcomes of our Services rely heavily on your participation in consultations, action steps, and follow-up tasks. Valiant is not responsible for any results that do not meet your expectations if you do not fully engage in the process.
Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your resume, cover letter, and personal background. Valiant will not verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
Review and Approval: It is your responsibility to review all deliverables, such as resumes and career materials, for accuracy. Valiant is not liable for any errors or omissions that result from inaccurate information or failure to review documents.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Valiant Career is committed to protecting your personal information. We will keep all information shared during the course of our Services confidential. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of electronic transmissions and are not liable for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information.
6. Service Revisions
General Revisions: For written deliverables (e.g., resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters), you are entitled to two rounds of complimentary revisions. Revisions must be requested within three calendar days of receiving the draft. Any additional changes beyond this timeframe, or any major content shifts (such as changing industries or career focus), may incur additional fees.
Finalization: If no revisions are requested within three calendar days, the documents will be considered final. Further edits or changes requested after this period may be subject to additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Valiant Career will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses resulting from advice, information, or recommendations provided through our Services. You acknowledge that any career decisions you make based on our advice are at your own risk.
8. No Guarantees
Valiant Career does not guarantee job placement, promotions, or any specific career outcomes. Your success in the job market is based on a variety of factors, including your persistence, skills, and market conditions, all of which are beyond our control.
9. Termination of Services
Valiant reserves the right to terminate or modify our Services or these Terms at any time with prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service or cancel services if we determine that a client is not engaging in the process for 30 consecutive days or acting in good faith.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to pursue claims through class actions or other consolidated proceedings.

13. Miscellaneous
Service Validity: It is expected that Services will begin within six months from the date of purchase. After this period, services are considered completed and may not be reactivated without additional charges.
No-Show and Rescheduling Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation or reschedule more than twice without proper notice, your consultation service may be suspended or canceled without a refund.
